Estimating
Offering bespoke estimating and tendering services for extensions, refurbishments and new build projects. We are experts in the process of calculating the expense of building a physical structure to ensure that a project is in accordance with both scope requirements and budget allocation.

Quantity Surveying
Offering services in a full Quantity Surveying brief. From pre-contract through to final account, including interim valuations; pricing and agreeing variation costs; and submitting and agreeing final accounts.
Cost-Planning
For private clients, architects and developers, we offer cost-planning advice from simple budgets to detailed cost plans, based on current rates and trends in London and the South East.
We can help ensure that realistic expectations are set and budgets don’t stretch beyond limits, through designing an outline budget with a breakdown of individual costs, allowing the opportunity to amend and adjust as the project develops.
Contract Administration
JNT Construction Consultants manage the contracts for your building project to ensure everything is done safely, completed on time and sticks to budget.
